Service Above Self starts with showing up. Sunrise Rotary Vero Beach brings neighbors together to open books, protect our waterways, support young people, and lend a hand where it matters.
You’ll find our members reading with students, stocking Little Free Libraries, collecting food, and rolling up their sleeves for community cleanups. Through Rotary Rescues, the club supports lifesaving ring stations and greater water-safety awareness.
Vero Beach Spotlight: A Leadership Master Class benefits Sunrise Rotary Vero Beach. When we gather for inspiration on January 19, 2027, we also celebrate the everyday service that helps our community thrive.

Local hands. Lasting impact.
A stronger community starts with a book.
Sunrise Rotary supports literacy through regular reading visits at Citrus Elementary School and Little Free Libraries throughout the community. Members keep these neighborhood libraries stocked, clean, and ready for the next reader.
Rescue rings. A commitment to safer waters.
Through Rotary Rescues, Sunrise Rotary supports lifesaving ring stations at local water-access areas. The project combines rescue equipment with education and awareness to help prevent drownings and make Indian River County’s waterways safer.
Showing up, all year long.
Community cleanups. Scholarships and youth leadership. Support for the Gifford Youth Orchestra. Food drives, stocked community refrigerators, and Thanksgiving meals. This is what putting service into action looks like.
